(Feb 2014) Eagle Salvage LLC, I want to thank Joe and company for the work and especially the effort that was put in to dismantle my 100 year old barn. This was a good sized structure and needed competent people who knew what they were doing. Joe proved he was a true craftsman and diligent worker. I appreciated the safety that was used and the professional manner in which the job was handled, all in just ten days. That's why I recommend Eagle Salvage LLC. –Myron Snow, College Park, GA.

(Aug 2014)  Your work was impressive to say the least.  You were personable, professional and credible and the project itself was completed well within your projected schedule, and in a workman-like manner, leaving the site in the condition you had promised.  Lamar W. Davis, Jr.

(Oct 2014) Joe Justice with Eagle Salvage was responsible for the deconstruction of my 1940 family barn in Dalton, GA. Joe was a pleasure to work with during the entire process. He was able to complete the job ahead of schedule and was always on time. He met all of my requests, and was sensitive to the nature of the job. Joe is an amazing individual who I respect and highly recommend. The deconstruction was a good experience at a very good value with Eagle Salvage.  Stephen Carson MD

(Feb 15) Eagle salvage did a great job removing a burnt house and old barn from our property. I wasn't available to see the project competed but Joe did a great job keeping us updated with daily photos and updates of the progress. They really care about the history and reusing as much material as they are able to salvage. I would use Joe again and recommend his services to others. Owner, Kris Robinson

(Jul 15) We had our first salvage project and had no idea where to start.    A rather large project, an old dairy barn.  Via google, we found Joe @ Eagle Salvage. And WOW, what a great find!  Such a genuine and nice man.  Honest and real.  Whatever he said, he did.  He did not overpromise.  He did an amazing job.  This old dairy barn had become a dumping ground for discarded clothing, shoes, furniture, etc.  It was a mess.  No one had been in it in many, many years.  Joe worked thru all the mess.  Cleared it out so he could salvage every piece of wood that was good.  It was in his heart, you could tell by the care he took.  He had a passion and love for history and salvage.  Just being around Joe made us want to use every single piece of wood that we could.  Thank you Joe for making this a great experience.  Can’t wait to use the wood in our new home!  Owner, Gina Watson

(Jan 2015) A+ to “Mr. Joe" for his expertise on the building teardown in Athens GA. It was an old building built around 1919 and of great sentimental value to me and I wanted to save the wood from the building. I explained to him and he worked tirelessly with great attention to detail in removing the wood and taking down the building. I was able to get in touch with him easily and he finished the project on schedule.  Mr. Joe is easy to work with and I will recommend him to anyone.  Randy Pitts, Owner

(Jan 2014) My project, deconstructed by Eagle Salvage, was my first experience using this technique for building removal. What was amazing was that it actually saved me money while reusing the materials and reducing the amount of landfill waste. My neighbors were all more comfortable with the idea of reuse and the city officials were delighted to have it done this way. On top of those benefits, I met the owner Joe Justice. He is amazing. He coordinated with contractors during the asbestos removal phase and kept me abreast of any changes or delays well in advance so I could plan properly and minimize time loss. He was meticulous in regard to safety and he met our goals for a timely completion. He is very well organized and personable, which helps when the neighbors come around asking questions, which they invariably do. I couldn't be happier with the finished product... an empty site! Thank you Joe.—Jeff Shirey, Athens, GA.

(Sep 2013) My brewery, Creature Comforts, contracted Eagle Salvage to perform the demolition and salvage on the old Snow Tire building at 297 W Hancock Avenue in Athens, Georgia.  Eagle Salvage worked diligently to complete the project ahead of schedule and in a manner that far exceeded my expectations.  Joe Justice is an efficient and effective contractor.  He was the perfect choice for us to head this project, specifically because of the aforementioned attributes as well as his passion for historical preservation and adaptive reuse.  Working with Joe was very easy and even fun.  I would recommend his services to anyone in need of this kind of work.  Adam Beauchamp--Co-Brewmaster Creature Comforts Brewing Co.
